In 2003, eBay requested the complete redesign of their current keywords Web site. Following a thorough analysis of their site, it was determined that simplifying and reducing copy were high priorities. With the use of charts, graphs, bulleted lists, and a more intuitive navigation, we were able to develop a site that was easier to use and better geared toward a targeted audience.
To more closely comply with the eBay brand and to help build user trust, we designed a site that conveyed a consistent eBay look and feel. Faced with an aggressive timeline, we successfully provided a new website in line with all of the client's requirements.
